A restaurant in Norwich has bagged a top award at a ceremony dubbed the 'Curry Oscars'.
My Makan in Westlegate has been named Malaysian Restaurant of The Year at the Asian Curry Awards 2023.
More than 200 venues across the country were whittled down to the finalists who attended the awards show at the Marriot Hotel in London on Sunday.
In a statement, the owners of My Makan said: "Our sincere appreciation to everyone involved.
"This recognition fuels our passion to serve the finest Malaysian cuisine.
"Thank you for your continued support."

The restaurant opened in March in the unit above Evans Cycles which had been empty since 2021.
In 2020, business partners Imran Abidin and Turki Salim opened the first My Makan in Saudi Arabia and there is also a branch in Leeds.
Matthew Wilcox joined the team to expand the business in the UK and was at the awards show to accept the prestigious prize.
