The 27-year-old said: “The current owner is leaving as she is moving so she told me the business would be going up for sale.
“I thought if I was ever going to own my own salon, this would be the perfect time to do it, so I went for it.”
Charlotte will be bringing a new name, look and feel to the salon with a focus on offering a botanical, urban and cosy feeling that always has a friendly face.

CHAR Body Care and Cosmetics is set to be different to the average salon with just as much focus on well-being as beauty.
Charlotte said: “We will continue to offer hairdressing, beauty therapists and sports massage, but I hope to add a nail technician and I want to offer holistic therapies.
“I just want it to be about more than beauty, I want to help people feel well, safe and comfortable and give them confidence.”

The salon will change hands on December 14 and will then be transformed into Charlotte's dream space - but will remain open for business.
Charlotte said: “Costessey has such a good community and word travels fast. Top 2 Toe has been in Costessey for around 25 years so that proves this kind of business does well.
“I hope we can continue bringing a friendly and welcoming vibe to our customers.”
