Police have given up on its investigation into vandals who trashed a city allotment.
A few weeks ago, vandals ransacked the Bluebell Allotment, in The Avenues, tipping over sheds, breaking the locks and tearing away panels.
The damage done forced one disgruntled plot owner, Katie Mullarkey, to step away from the site for good.
The 45-year-old said: "I won't be renewing the lease - it's just not worth it.
"This was mine and my daughter's happy place, but now I just wonder what's been damaged."
Another plot owner, Steve Ashley, had his shed overturned, causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage.
However the police have confirmed it has "exhausted all lines of enquiry" in the search for those who caused the damage.
A police spokeswoman said: "Police were called regarding criminal damage to a building between midnight on November 10 and midnight on November 16, 2023.
"The incident took place at the UEA allotments, in Bluebell Road, Norwich, where a shed was kicked and damaged and pushed over with an approximate cost of £370 to repair.
"All lines of enquiry have been exhausted pending any new lines of information.
"Anyone who has any information about the incident can contact PC Alexis Darby at: alexis.darby@norfolk.police.uk , report online at: https://www.norfolk.police.uk/tell-us or contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101 quoting reference 36/8196/23."
