95 Upper St Giles Street is set to go up for auction later this month.
The shop is occupied by Pebbles, a small, family-run beauticians, that offers sunbeds, spray tans and more.

This property brings in £10,000 in yearly rent and includes a reception area, the main salon to the rear, a toilet and storage area and a treatment room in the basement.
The business signed a 12-year lease in August 2019 having occupied the shop since 2007.
The property will be lot 28 at Auction House East Anglia at 11am on December 13 with a guide price of £120,000 to £130,000.
