A new diner offering breakfast and all-day brunch from the team behind an award-winning market stall will be opening soon in a popular city centre food hall.
Yalm, in the Royal Arcade, has announced that The Diner will be launching next Tuesday with Edd Watkinson from Bodega at the helm.
The concept kitchen will offer a range of New York-inspired menu items similar to the sandwiches and street eats they have become known for.
Breakfast favourites such as corn beef hash and avocado on toast will be offered alongside a range of bagels, subs and sandwiches, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Edd said: "I am really pleased to be opening another kitchen in the city centre to provide customers with a brunch menu that has a hint of the New York style.
"Yalm has established itself as one of the county's 'must-visit' eateries and being in the iconic Royal Arcade means we can offer people a fantastic dining experience."
Born in Glasgow, Edd has worked in Michelin-star kitchens around the world and spent time in Queens, New York, which inspired his idea for The Bodega.
In September, The Bodega was named Best Newcomer at the Norfolk Magazine Food and Drink Awards.

"Edd has shown that he really knows how to tap into what consumers are looking for."
Opening on December 12, The Diner's hours will be 10am to 4pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm on weekends.
