Two chickens have been killed by a dog that was off its lead while the owner was nowhere to be seen.
It happened yesterday at Whitlingham Broad Campsite at 11am and the dog was described as a black greyhound or whippet.
The dog was running around on private property before killing the chickens.

The owners of the Norwich campsite have taken to social media to remind dog walkers to keep their dogs under control in future.
In a Facebook post, a Whitlingham Country Park spokesman said: "Just a reminder to keep your dogs under close control in the park, they may be allowed off lead in areas but we still expect dogs to be kept close by.
"Please keep dogs on a lead if they’re likely to roam."
The campsite is not part of the public country park and there is no through route for dog-walking visitors or locals.
