A man has appeared in court charged with burglary and theft after an incident in Norwich.
It comes after police received a report at 2.25pm on December 1 that a suspect had been seen on CCTV in the garden of an address in Beecheno Road trying to enter a property through a window.
A man was arrested at the scene and taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning.
Tommy Croll, 51, and of no fixed address, was later charged on suspicion of burglary and theft.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on December 2 and was remanded into custody by the court ahead of his next court appearance on January 5.
