A "thriving" pizza and kebab takeaway at a busy city junction is up for sale as its owner plans a fond farewell.
Rhyan Fried Chicken - also known as the Boundary Grill - is on the market with estate agent Rightbiz following the owner's decision to leave Norwich.
The shop and three-bedroom flat above is located at the top of Aylsham Road, next to the busy Boundary junction, which serves as a "prime location adjacent to other retailers".
Mohammed Selim secured planning permission from the city council in July 2020 to convert the former Carphone Warehouse shop, which had stood empty for two years.
The owner said: "This thriving business venture dates back to 2020, with myself being the proud owner from the start.
"The reason I am contemplating selling this prosperous business is due to my plans to relocate to London."

According to the agent, every fixture and fitting that is currently part of the business would be incorporated into the sale which also includes a "self-contained" three-bedroom flat.
The business currently operates seven days a week around the hours of 4pm to 11pm.
Its vicinity to popular franchise chains such as Pizza Hut and Papa John's also provides "healthy competition".
The owner added that since last year, the takeaway has been experiencing a steady turnover which is a "promising sign" for future profitability.

A "seamless" handover would be ensured with training for new owners, as well as opportunities to work with online delivery services such as UberEats, JustEat and Deliveroo.
The leasehold for the property is £150,000 but offers will be accepted. The annual turnover of the business and net profit are available on request.
Side and rear extensions to the property, opposite The Boundary pub, were also added as part of the 2020 planning permission to provide storage and dining space.
