A four-screen cinema has been approved for Chantry Place shopping centre.
Everyman Cinemas will be moving into three units at the centre, including the former Pizza Hut restaurant and the existing Escape Hunt venue on the ground floor.
A spokesman for Escape Hunt confirmed it would be closing its premises in Chantry Place on January 8, 2024, and relocating the games to its second site in Castle Quarter.

Escape Hunt moved into the former Cafe Rouge unit in late 2020 and opened its Castle Quarter site in August 2022.
Everyman is a chain of boutique cinemas with screens across the country in London, Manchester and Liverpool.

The company was founded in 2000 and hosts a range of special events, screening classic and independent films.
The new premises in the Norwich shopping centre will be able to seat 300 people across four screens and will become the fourth cinema in Norwich - alongside Odeon in Riverside, Vue in Castle Quarter and Cinema City in St Andrews Street.
Building alterations detailed in the application include modifications to the entrance and to existing customer toilets.
