A Norwich restaurant that shut suddenly in the summer will reopen in 2024 with a new owner at the helm.
The Last Restaurant in St Georges Street closed in July 2023 and the previous chef-owner was Iain McCarten.
Explaining the reason for shutting on social media, he addressed the "perfect storm" of rising costs and a drop in customers due to the cost of living crisis.

They said: "The new owner has 10 years of experience at one of the most famous five-star hotels in London and he will be returning to his home city to head up this exciting new venture.
"There will be some changes, but the idea is to retain the amazing atmosphere that The Last has enjoyed for more than 30 years."
They are currently recruiting for kitchen and front and house staff.
