Two independent businesses are set to launch in a thriving Golden Triangle street.
Unthank Road will soon be home to Grounded Coffee Bar, in the previous home of the Printer Shop, and Hop Rocket, in the former Oliver's Bar.
Grounded Coffee Bar is being launched by Charlie Day, 42, and her brother Simon Howland, 40, who took on the vacant shop after it went up for auction in July.
The duo planned to open the cafe in November but work is still under way to prepare the premises, although the business recently popped up to serve locals at the Unthank Road winter street fair.

Starting "simple" with a selection of coffee, teas and baked goods on offer, the cafe will evolve to meet what locals want.
Ms Day is hoping the business will open its doors in January.
Hop Rocket will be the sister pub of NR3's popular Brewery Tap and will offer a unique range of real ales.
Brewery Tap boss Mark White said: "The aim is to create a hub of exciting beers."
An opening date has not been confirmed.
