1. The Woman in Black, Norwich

The Woman in Black, adapted from Susan Hill's chilling ghost story, is on tour direct from London's West End - following an incredible 33-year run at the Fortune Theatre.
Arthur Kipps believes a curse has been cast over him and his family, so he hires a young actor to help him tell his terrifying story.

2. The Wizard of Oz afternoon tea, Norwich

Take a trip down the Yellow Brick Road and tuck into a Wizard of Oz-themed afternoon tea at this city venue in the new year.
It features a whole host of treats, including a rainbow gateau opera and the Ruby Slippers raspberry shortbread biscuit, and it can be adapted for various dietary requirements.
3. Norfolk Symphony Orchestra - Film Music, King's Lynn

Norfolk Symphony Orchestra will take you on a journey through the world of film music - from the golden age of cinema to modern classics.
The concert will feature music from films such as Vertigo, Gladiator, Wilde, Jurassic Park and E.T.

4. West End Magic, Diss

West End Magic is on tour direct from the Leicester Square Theatre in London and it features a mixture of magic, comedy and variety acts.
It is a family-friendly show starring British Champion of Magic Oliver Tabor and magical compere Wayne Trice, plus special guests.
5. Indian Street Food Carnival, Norwich

Experience the rich cultural heritage of India through its delicious street food, which will be completely vegan at this event, ranging from crispy pakoras to aromatic biryanis.
The ticket price gets you entry and access to the day's entertainment and you can then buy coupons, in denominations of £1, £2 or £5, to spend at the stalls of your choice.
6. Free Family Fun Day, Cley

The Norfolk Wildlife Trust is offering free entry to the reserve for every child and their accompanying adult all day.
There will also be free hands-on activities in the Education Centre.

7. The Tiger Who Came To Tea Exhibition, King's Lynn
Where: Lynn Museum, Market Street, King's Lynn, PE30 1NL

This exhibition celebrates the life and work of Judith Kerr, one of Britain’s best-known children’s book author-illustrators.
Published in 1968, Kerr’s first picture book The Tiger Who Came to Tea has sold more than five million copies.
Copies of her original artwork are on display and children can also step into Sophie’s kitchen to have tea with a life-sized tiger.
