From Malta to Alicante, passengers from Norwich Airport are set to land at some exciting new destinations this year.
There are a total of 18 locations across nine countries that customers can travel to in 2024, with connections to 150 more destinations via Amsterdam.
It was revealed last month that Ryanair would be introducing three new routes with flights to Faro, Malta and Alicante starting in April.
Journeys to Malta and Spanish port city Alicante have been previously available with KLM and the now-defunct Flybe, but services were cancelled shortly before the Covid pandemic.
Faro in Portugal is an entirely new destination for the airport.
The new routes are expected to bring in more than 60,000 additional customers as passenger numbers continue to rise closer to their pre-Covid levels.
Norwich Airport will also run flights to Cyprus, Greece, Lapland, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and across the UK.
Ryanair’s head of communication, Jade Kirwan, said: "Our new Norwich operation will bring competitive fares and a wider selection of summer routes to our customers in Norwich and the wider Norfolk region, and also support important regional development through increased connectivity, inbound tourism, and local job creation."
