A popular lunch spot in the city centre, known for its hog roast baguettes and roast dinner boxes, is up for sale.
Urban Munch has been keeping city foodies fed for more than a decade, with regular queues out the door every lunchtime.
The business went up for sale in January 2023 but owner Besnik Nikolli, who took over four and a half years ago, said at the time: "I'm in no rush and am waiting for the right offer."
However it was re-listed on January 2, 2024 being advertised on property site, Rightbiz, for £85,000, with annual rent coming in at £10,000 per annum.
This newspaper tried to contact Mr Nikolli but the shop is currently closed until January 9.

The Rightbiz website states: "The business is now for sale due to a change in circumstances for the owner.
"It has been run by just one person since 2019, so this could be a great business venture for someone ambitious looking to start up on their own.
"However it would be ideal for two people due to how busy the restaurant gets.
"They currently open six days per week, 9:30am to 3pm, so there's also potential to open longer in the evenings and on Sundays."
