Plans have been lodged to convert a former city bakery into a tattoo parlour.
Tattooist Catalin Ion is hoping to take over the former Bake Away site in City View Road, Hellesdon.
The unit, opposite The Whiffler pub, has been empty since the bakery closed its doors in September.
If approved by Norwich City Council, the majority of the single-storey building would be taken up by a large shop floor, with the remaining space used as a lobby, bathroom and storage room.

The closure of Bake Away's Hellesdon premises came as a shock to customers.
In a post on social media, the business owners wrote: "This was 100pc our choice and we feel this was the right decision for us as a family, business and as individuals too.
"Nobody can understand situations unless they have been there themselves and know the full story so please be kind.
"We love running this business from home and we are still creating our amazing bakes, just not from a shop front."
Dark Tattoo Company has created a Facebook account which is advertising opening at 44A City View Road.
