Norfolk is home to some of the nation's best food and drink producers and this will be celebrated at various events.

These are some of the best food and drink festivals announced for the county in 2024.

1. Reepham Food Festival

Where: Market Place, Reepham, NR10 4JJ 

When: Sunday, May 26, timings TBC 

Price: Free entry 

While the programme for the 2024 event is yet to be announced, you can expect a food and drink market, live music and cookery demonstrations.

It is organised by the Reepham and District Rotary Club and around 700 people attended in 2023.

2. Wymondham Food and Drink Festival

Where: Market Place, Wymondham, NR18 0AX

When: Sunday, June 23, 10am-4pm

Price: Free entry

The Wymondham Food and Drink Festival is returning for its third year and it will once again be a culinary celebration.

Expect live music, children's entertainment, street food and a makers' market at the event, organised by volunteers of the Wymondham Rotary Satellite Group.

3. North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival

Where: Walled Garden, Holkham Hall, NR23 1AB

When: Saturday, August 31-Sunday, September 1, timings TBC 

Price: Free entry, parking £5 per car 

Thousands of people attend this festival every year, which takes place in the idyllic surroundings of Holkham Hall and Park. 

It features an ever-growing team of local food and drink producers who grow, rear, supply and sell food in north Norfolk.

The entertainment includes children's activities and cookery demonstrations from top chefs.

4. Foodies Festival

Where: Earlham Park, Norwich, NR4 7TQ

When: Friday, September 6: 2pm-10pm, Saturday, September 7: 11am-9pm, Sunday, September 8: 11am-8pm 

Price: Day tickets: adults: from £18, concessions: from £17, young adults (12-16): from £6, children (under 12): from £3, weekend tickets also available, parking £5 per car, foodiesfestival.com

The touring Foodies Festival returns to Earlham Park in Norwich by popular demand and it will once again feature top chefs and popstars. 

The music headliners for Friday and Sunday have been announced as Symphonic Ibiza and pop group Scouting for Girls, respectively.

5. Aylsham Food Festival

Where: Market Place, Aylsham, NR11 6EH

When: October (date TBC) 

Price: The markets have free entry, ticketed events are individually priced 

This three-day festival is organised by the not-for-profit group Slow Food Aylsham in collaboration with Cittaslow Aylsham, with most events in the town centre. 

The 2024 programme is yet to be released, which will be posted at a later date on slowfoodaylsham.org.uk, but in 2023 it included a food and craft market, wine tasting and a big Sunday brunch.
