Firefighters battled a blaze in Norwich in the early hours of this morning.
Crews from Carrow, Sprowston, Earlham, Hethersett, Wroxham and Wymondham were called to Allison Bank, in Geoffrey Watling Way, just after 3am.
The fire had broken out on the external balcony of a flat on the fifth floor of the building.
The ambulance and police services were also in attendance and one person was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
Fire crews used an aerial ladder platform to extinguish the fire.

Occupants of six flats were asked to leave for safety reasons.
Others in the block woke to the sound of the building fire alarm and self-evacuated.
In total, around 60 people left their homes for an hour before returning when the scene had been made safe.
Firefighters left just after 5am but left a cordon around the affected flat.
A spokesman from the Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said the cause of the blaze would now be investigated, but police have confirmed it is not being treated as arson.
