A two-car crash was causing delays heading into Norwich city centre.
Police were called to the incident between a car and a moped at 9.05am where they remained at the scene for multiple hours.
The crash happened on the A1056 Ipswich Road near City College Norwich.
Heavy traffic built in the area with congestion back to the A11 junction.
