New-build houses plagued with damp, mould and wonky floors have been slammed by neighbours who bought them as "the biggest mistake" they've ever made.
The joy of becoming a homeowner was short-lived for a select few in Kett's Meadow, Hethersett, after moving into the Persimmon Homes estate.
Two locals at the end of their tether with the problems are Jane Jones, who moved in October 2021, and Hannah Denney, who arrived in June 2022.
Jane, 53, said: "The issues started as soon as I moved in.

"There's been leaking pipes, flooding in the garden and now I'm having to deal with damp in the garage.
"Every room in the house has had an issue one way or another."
Hannah, 31, added: "We didn't have heating to begin with and then the dishwashers wouldn't work.
"We recently found out the floors upstairs, including the staircase, aren't level - not even a little bit - so they're being completely ripped up.
"There's been huge amounts of work done for at least a year."
The issues have finally taken their toll on the pair, who have slammed Persimmon for its lack of action to sort the problems.
Jane said: "It absolutely takes me to the brink of stress and anxiety.
"I feel like we're being treated as the problem and getting fobbed off."
"It's soul-destroying," added Hannah.

"Buying this house is the biggest mistake I've ever made and I regret it every day.
"We pay a premium for these houses and you don't get that - you just get an absolute nightmare."
A Persimmon Homes spokeswoman said: "We recognise that there have been some issues in both customers' homes that fall short of the high standards that Persimmon Homes prides itself with.
"We're also sorry for the length of time it has taken to address some of these concerns.
"While these matters have been principally addressed, we're continuing to work with both customers to ensure we find a positive resolution."
