A former Greggs could be transformed into a nail salon under new plans.
An application has been submitted to turn 50 London Street, the former home of Greggs, into a nail bar.
The unit has been vacant since Greggs moved into a "bigger and better" unit next door last year.
The new Gregg store had previously been home to Costa, which closed in 2021 following its relocation to a larger store in the former Jack Wills shop opposite Jarrolds.
New plans for the London Street site include changing the use of the building from a restaurant to a nail bar.

The basement and ground floor of the unit would be used as a retail space as part of these plans.
The documents also propose new access from the entrance of the building to the first floor.
The same applicant has also submitted plans to repurpose the first, second and third floors into living spaces but this is currently on hold.
