A woman was horrified to discover Amazon drivers had ripped open her package while standing on her doorstep.
Elisha Crooks, who lives in Hethersett, caught the moment on her Ring doorbell camera on Saturday afternoon.
Two Amazon drivers were seen approaching the door, package in hand, before breaking the cardboard seal and peeking inside.
Elisha said: "I was expecting a parcel but just thought they would post it through the letterbox.

"I didn't think anything of it until I looked at the footage from the doorbell camera in which the two Amazon drivers went back to their van after opening my parcel.
"A different driver came and delivered it on Sunday and just posted it through the door but I could see it was the same package the other two had opened."

According to Elisha, the package contained books which were damaged.
She added: "I complained about the situation to Amazon and they were very apologetic and helpful and offered me a refund.
"I also sent the Ring video over and they assured me that this was not acceptable and that they were passing it on to the necessary teams so the situation could be investigated further."
An Amazon spokesman said: "We have very high standards for the delivery service providers we work with. We're looking into this and we're speaking to the customer directly."
