It is located at stalls 54, 55, 60 and 61, which includes a seating area, and the pancakes cost £1 each with a recommended serving of three for £3.
The Shrove Tuesday special will be drizzled with maple syrup and it follows the success of the battered Chrismas lunches offered there every festive season, which includes deep-fried sprouts, stuffing balls and pigs in blankets.

Kingston Gray, who runs the business with twin brother Barclay, said: "It is the first year we have done pancakes but we like trying different things.
"A member of our team who doesn't like pancakes even likes the deep-fried ones."
The brothers also run Lucy's Chips at stalls 114 and 115, which expanded in 2022 to include the former Mushy Pea Stall.
It serves beef dripping chips, mushy peas with mint sauce, pies and more.
