A new BBQ pop-up restaurant is coming to pub gardens across Norfolk.
Run by co-owners Dom Gregory and Jimmy Tully, the Arrogant BBQ plans to bring smoked barbeque food to venues in and around Norwich.
With an opening day planned for between May and June, the pair are working on the final touches of the restaurant's rustic menu and are building their social media presence to offer locals a sneak peek behind the scenes.

Mr Tully has worked as a chef for 11 years and will be the mastermind behind the menu, while Mr Gregory will be in charge of business operations.
They said that the Arrogant Barbeque name derives from the pair's playful personalities which they hope to bring to the business.
Joining the team as the restaurant's mascot is Gunner the dog, who will be greeting guests and supervising the chefs.
Discussing the launch of the pop-up restaurant, they said: "As the proud new owners of the Arrogant BBQ, we’re firing up Norfolk and the UK catering scene with a sizzling twist.
"We’re not just serving delicious food but crafting an audacious experience for all occasions. Our mission? To redefine BBQ catering - we’re about to make arrogance taste irresistible.”
Their menu will include dishes such as a slow-cooked tender brisket, smoky ribs, and succulent wings, and is designed to "meet the need for a barbeque scene in Norwich".
The business has shortlisted 15 pubs to take on their new pop-up restaurant, with plans to open three days a week, Friday to Sunday.
The pop-up restaurant will soon be available for weddings, corporate events, parties, and gatherings, with plans to visit festivals all over the UK.
