Plans have been lodged to demolish and rebuild a vandalised city centre building.
The project would see the derelict site at four Fishers Lane, near St Giles Street, replaced with a pair of swanky three-storey homes.
According to planning documents, the building was last used as an industrial workshop in 2001 - but has since remained empty and fallen into disrepair.

Vandals have even targeted the building, with some of its windows being smashed in and graffiti being spray-painted on its walls.
The new plans would see the two-storey site demolished and rebuilt from the ground up.
Each home would feature two bedrooms and shower rooms on the ground floor, a living and dining area on the first and a bedroom and bathroom on the third.

The application comes almost a year after a developer axed plans to build four new penthouses on top of Vantage House, which is opposite the site.
Jon Boon, the architect for the scheme, previously said planning officers at Norwich City Council "did not like" the scheme and had "various reservations about it".
The authority has set a deadline of April 9 to decide on the plans for four Fishers Lane.
