A major road in Costessey near Norwich will be closed for resurfacing works next week.
Norfolk County Council's travel improvements scheme, Transforming Cities, will see the closure of Dereham Road and East Hills Road for resurfacing works on March 10.
To complete the carriageway works near the Richmond Road junction, East Hills Road will close all day on Sunday, March 10, with a diversion route for general traffic available via Richmond Road.

Night works to resurface Dereham Road are scheduled to take place between March 11 and March 16, with a closure in place between 7pm and 6am each night.
The area which will be closed to traffic is between the ASDA garage exit (near the Richmond Road junction) on Dereham Road to the Bowthorpe Roundabout.
The junctions to Richmond Road and Stafford Avenue will be closed, but access will be available to people living in the area along Dereham Road, Gray Fairs, Mill Croft Estate and Horse Shoe Close.

Residential traffic will be managed with a one-way system, the council have requested motorists access the area from Longwater Lane and exit via Bowthorpe roundabout.
The official diversion route for general traffic is via: A1074 – Dereham Road, A47, A11 Newmarket Road, A140 Ring Road, Dereham Road.
A further night closure will be required at a later date to complete surfacing between the garage and Longwater Lane.
