A busy road in Norwich was closed after a child was hit by a bus.
Police were called to Aylsham Road in Mile Cross at 3.50pm today after receiving reports of the incident.
The child has been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital but the extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
The road was closed between The Boundary and Wingfield Road.
Bus services were being diverted via Drayton Road.
Police remained on the scene for several hours before reopening the road at around 5pm.
