A hit city restaurant has taken on a new manager as its owners look to expand the business into more cities around the UK.
The Tipsy Vegan has revealed that 26-year-old Hattie Fox has been leading the team at the restaurant since December.
The Norwich local, who has experience managing pubs, was a regular customer of the St Benedicts Street business before the job became available.
"When I first came in as general manager it was chaotic," said Hattie.
"It was just before Christmas so I was definitely thrown in at the deep end.
"It has been really good fun so far!"

Once the Christmas rush had calmed, Hattie was able to focus on making plans for the restaurant.
"We are fully booked at the weekends and are trying to bring people in during the week," she explained.
"We are about to launch a weekly world food night on a Thursday which will showcase different cuisines.
"I've also rewritten the cocktail menu as we are striving to make sure that as many of our products as possible are local."

One of the owners of The Tipsy Vegan, Kostas Petrou, revealed that Hattie's new position had created the opportunity to seriously think about expanding the business.
"We are looking to open a Tipsy Vegan in multiple locations," said Kostas.
"The restaurant is always fully booked on Fridays and Saturdays and we have to turn people away.

"We have been contacted by a major shopping centre in London to open a restaurant there.
"No matter how much we grow we will always have Norwich close to our hearts and plan to train future staff here."
A Tipsy Vegan location was opened in Cambridge in 2021 but closed last summer.
