A woman claims to be living in the "worst close in the city" as regular fighting, shouting and verbal abuse continue to make her life a misery.
Claire Salter has lived in Rosalie Close, off Lilian Close in Hellesdon, for 13 years.
Ms Salter says that "nobody wants to live here" after witnessing or being caught up in multiple instances of anti-social behaviour.
It comes after Sophie Moore, who lives nearby, in Mile Cross Lane, contacted this newspaper after enduring constant anti-social behaviour from neighbours.
Ms Salter, 42, said: "It's been hell for the last five years.
"There are people fighting, shouting and being drunk and disorderly. I've regularly been woken by police due to a disturbance.
"I hate living here and want to leave but, of course, no one will exchange [council homes] because nobody wants to live here.
"I've also suffered verbal abuse from people here - it's a hell street and the worst place in the city."
On January 31, police were called to an incident at a property in Lilian Close, where a man in his 50s was arrested for breach of the peace.
Ms Salter, who did not want to be pictured for fear of retaliation, added that her housing association, Clarion, "does nothing" to help her.
"No one seems to care," she added.

Clarion said while it couldn't share details of specific cases it takes reports of anti-social behaviour seriously.
A Clarion spokeswoman said: "We take all reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and investigate these fully.
"We also work with the police, other relevant agencies and a wide range of community and voluntary groups to resolve issues."
