A garage door graffitied with racial slurs and markings has prompted a police investigation.
Officers discovered the graffiti at a property in Tower Close, Costessey, at the weekend.
They arranged with the owning housing association to have the offensive markings cleaned off which was completed by Tuesday.
The incident has prompted the police to begin an investigation and officers would like to speak to anyone who may have any information.
People are asked to contact 101, quoting crime reference 36/23022/24.
