Police have started to search for a "very vulnerable" man who has been missing since Tuesday morning.
Mitch Thornton, who lives in Thurlby Rod, Bowthorpe has not been heard from since sending a text message to his mum Maxine Frost about a re-scheduled job interview at 9.47am on Tuesday.
After replying to his message, Mrs Frost has not heard from her 24-year-old son since and at around 3pm that day she contacted the police to report him as missing.
Now the search is under way in the hope that Mitch, who was diagnosed with bipolar II disorder in February, is found.

A police spokeswoman said: "Mitchell remains a missing person and efforts are under way to find him.
"We will be in contact with the family throughout."
Mitch studied law at the UEA and graduated with a master's degree. He does not drive or have access to a car.
His family is pleading with anyone who "has seen him, or thinks they've seen him, to contact the police".
