A mum-of-two has slammed her treatment by a fast-food chain after she found a piece of METAL in her takeaway.
Kelly Fowkes hoped to enjoy a takeaway with her two sons after ordering from the Fakenham Road shop of pizza giant Domino's in Drayton.
However, just before digging in Kelly spotted a metallic object sticking out of the double bacon and cheese loaded fries.
Kelly, 35, said: "I'd ordered about £60 worth of food with my boys and it arrived about 5.50pm.
"As soon as I started on the fries I noticed something catch the light straight away.
"It was a piece of curly metal wire, about 2cm long, sticking out of the fries - looks like it could have been from the fryer baskets maybe.
"As soon as I saw it I couldn't eat anything else as I was worried about what else might be in the food."
Kelly called the branch straight away, on Tuesday, April 2, and was told she would receive a full refund for the issue.

However two weeks later and after multiple calls Domino's have only refunded £3 - not even enough to cover the cost of the loaded fries.
Kelly believes the company "haven't taken the incident seriously" which has resulted in her not wanting to go back in the future.
"I won't be going there again," she said. "It's not just the fact the wire was in the food but also how I feel I've been treated and haven't been taken seriously - it's put me off.

"I want to raise awareness as it's dangerous if I hadn't noticed it could have really hurt me or one of my kids."
A Domino's spokeswoman said: "We take food safety and customer service seriously at Domino's. While a full refund is being processed, we’re sorry we weren’t able to resolve the situation more promptly.
"We're keen to understand what the object is by sending it off for analysis but, to date, have not been able to retrieve it from the customer and are currently trying to contact them in order to do this."
