Pho, with the nearest branch currently in Cambridge, will open at 5 Queen Street in Norwich, which was previously a Royal Bank of Scotland site.
Local street artist Mark Tanti, known professionally as Demograffix, has created a striking mural over the hoarding ahead of the launch.

The healthy Vietnamese restaurant group was started by British husband-and-wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall.
They opened their first branch in London after travelling around the world and being inspired by the incredible street food in Vietnam - primarily the country’s national dish, pho.

Pho is a rice noodle soup served with fresh herbs and this will be on the menu alongside sharing starters, spicy salads, wok-fried noodles, fragrant curries, Vietnamese beers, wines, fresh juices and cocktails.
Everything is made fresh in-house daily and the Norwich restaurant will have around 110 covers.
It is due to open in the city in early summer 2024.
