A woman is worried her flat's ceiling could collapse at any moment after damage caused by weeks of water leaking in from upstairs.
Olivia Taylor lives in Markham Tower, in Mile Cross, and has been trying to get Norwich City Council to help sort the wet spots in her living room ceiling since April.
However, a month later new wet patches are appearing, leaving the 31-year-old worried about the damage it is doing to her home despite the council saying the leak has been fixed.
Olivia said: "I first noticed last month when I came home.
"When I called the city council they told me my neighbour upstairs had to report it, but when I went to speak with them they wouldn't answer.
"There's now more and more wet patches appearing on the ceiling in different areas and it's getting worse.
"Just a couple of days ago I saw water coming down the walls.
"It's stressful because I'm constantly worried about the mould and damp damage it's creating around the house.
"I don't want to put the living room light on as there's a patch right next to the light and there are new cracks appearing daily.

"I'm expecting part - if not all - of the ceiling to come crashing down at some point if something isn't done soon.
"I've tried to contact the council multiple times and they just tell me upstairs has to contact them."

The council insist the leak is fixed and that it is "in the process" of getting the ceiling problem resolved.
A Norwich City Council spokesman said: "The welfare and safety of all our residents are priorities for us.
"We're aware of the issues related to water damage at Markham Tower.
"The leak causing this has now been repaired and we're in the process of liaising with affected tenants, some of whom may require their ceilings to be ‘made good’."
