A food and drink venue in the heart of Norwich will be transformed into a summer beer hall as part of a city-wide festival.
Norwich City of Ale returns from May 23 to June 23 2024 and Yalm in the Royal Arcade is involved in the celebrations.
Yalm will host a fortnight of events from May 24 until June 9, featuring tap takeovers from Norfolk breweries.

From May 24 to 31, Duration Brewing, based in West Acre, will be pouring up to 10 of their beers.
Then from June 4 to 9, Diss-based Ampersand Brew Co will bring cask beer to the venue, served from a festival-style bar.

This will coincide with the launch of a new beer brewed by the Yalm team at Ampersand – a hazy pale ale called 1899.
Dan Searle, operations manager at Yalm said, "Norwich City of Ale is a great celebration of good beer in the city and our space lends itself lends itself brilliantly to being a beer hall."
Alongside this, there will be two-pint steins of imported German beers, a craft beer quiz in collaboration with city retailer The Beer Hatch and a weather-dependent outdoor bar.
