Three people have been arrested after a stabbing in Norwich.

Officers were called to Theobald Road at 9am on Saturday after a man was found with stab wounds.

The man in his 30s was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries where he remains in a stable condition.

A man in his 30s and a woman in her 40s were arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

They were taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning and have been released on bail.

A second man in his 30s was arrested in Bowman Road on Sunday night on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

He was taken to Wymondham police station for questioning where he remains.
