Woodside House Care Home in Norwich hosted a family fun day to fund raise for Priscilla Bacon Lodge, collecting a total of £200.
The event saw residents, their relatives and staff coming together for the cause.
Various fun activities were planned and the Woodside Resident Ambassador, Biddy, had the honour of presenting the first cheque from their fundraising efforts to the charity.
Samantha Lake, head of activities at the care home, said: “Taking part in the family fun has been a huge amount of fun and everyone at the home has been behind us all the way.

"It’s for such an important cause.
"I’m very glad to be able to do my bit to raise further awareness and money for the charity.”
Woodside House Care Home, run by Barchester Healthcare, is one of the UK’s largest care providers.
It offers residential care, nursing care, and dementia care to residents, from respite care to long-term stays.
The successful fundraising event reflects the care home’s commitment to supporting the local community and enduring spirit of giving back.
