A shop owner has enjoyed an "incredibly busy" reopening after upsizing due to increased demand for sustainable shopping.
Ernie's Zero Waste Shop opened in its new home in Anglia Square on Saturday with a bang.
Graham Rutherford was rushed off his feet by customers heading to the new shop to see the transformation of the former ShoeZone.
"We had an incredibly busy day and it was great to see both old and new faces," said Graham.
"I meant to post on social media that morning to say that we were open but it got so busy that I never got the chance.
"Thank you so much to our customers for their support.
"We still have loads to sort out and lots of new products to get on the shelves so hopefully they’ll like our new space and all the new goodies we will be selling."
Despite only getting the keys to the new space last Wednesday, Graham managed to transform the shop within a matter of three days.
"Thank you to everybody who came to see us," Graham posted on Facebook.

"A massive thanks to our staff Vicky, Lottie and Louise for all their help in helping me get everything sorted, to Laura and my Lottie for their help late into last night and also to Brandon (Anglia Square's number one cleaner) who popped in after work to help with the painting."
This is the second time the independent business has moved to a bigger shop in its five years of life.
The first was opened in Magdalen Street by Graham and Laura Colman in 2019. The brand proved increasingly popular and moved to a shop five times bigger in Anglia Square in 2021.
Now Ernie's has moved across the shopping precinct and is open from Tuesday to Friday between 9.30am and 5pm, and from 10am to 5pm on Saturday.
