Folk are still in the dark over the proposed demolition date of a large city centre building despite its owners being "committed" to keeping people informed.
Demolition works were scheduled to begin at Victoria House, the former home of insurance firm Marsh in Queens Road, by the end of September last year but it was revealed in October that no date had been set.
Wooden fencing was erected around the building in February, suggesting demolition work could start.
However, owners of the building, Zive Capital, are still not able to provide an update on progress but say they are looking forward to "engaging with local residents, Norwich City Council and the wider community" about plans.
A Zive Capital spokesman said: "We're in the early stages of progressing the site's redevelopment.
"Our ambition is to develop a proposal that has industry-leading environmental and design credentials and this is a careful and complex process, which remains ongoing.
"We look forward to engaging with local residents, Norwich City Council and the wider community, in due course, so that feedback can help shape the proposals before an application is submitted for consideration.

"We also remain committed to keeping local representatives and residents informed about the programme for Victoria House's demolition, including the measures that will be put in place to minimise any disruption."
Permission to demolish the site was granted in June 2023, with the owners given five years to complete the work.

The city council did not have the power to stop the demolition but was able to make changes to the way work takes place.
The former office block, where more than 1,000 people worked before the pandemic, has stood empty since the start of 2022.
The four-storey detached building has 61,718sqft of floor space and is on the site of the former Victoria rail station.
