From the line-up to travel, here is all you need to know ahead of Uptown Festival 2024 in Norwich.

Where will Uptown Festival take place?

Uptown Festival will take place in Earlham Park, Norwich, NR4 7TQ.

What is the date and timings?

The event is on Sunday, June 9 2024 from 12noon until 10pm, with last entry at 6pm (no readmission).

Who is performing at Uptown Festival? 

The acts headlining the main arena at Uptown Festival are UB40 Featuring Ali Campbell, Earth, Wind & Fire Experience featuring Al McKay Allstars, The Christians, Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club and Martin Kemp: Back to the 80s DJ Live.

They will be joined by The High Points, Dirty Havana and The Funky Stuff.

Raver Tots will host the second arena, with DJ sets and performances for all the family. 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No food and drink can be brought into the site and there will be bars and food vendors to visit upon entry.

They will accept cash and card but there are no ATMs on site. 

Free tap water will be available at all the bars and baby food is permitted, but it must be in a clear zip-lock bag (glass jars not allowed).

What can and can't I bring? 

Umbrellas, portable camping chairs, blankets and lay bags are allowed.

As well as your own food and drink, you are not allowed to bring selfie sticks, professional camera and video equipment, aerosols, perfumes, vapes, drugs, weapons, illegal substances and glass.

To speed up security checks, do not bring a bag larger than an A4 sheet of paper - exceptions are made for changing bags and buggies.

Are dogs allowed?

Only assistance and guide dogs are allowed at the event.

How can I get there?

For bus services to Earlham Park use routes 3B, 4, 21, 21A, 25, 26, 26A, 510, 511 or 512.

Use the postcode NR4 7TQ for drop-offs at the site.

There is no event parking and attendees are being encouraged to use public transport, with many car parks in Norwich city centre. 

Blue Badge Parking is available in Earlham Park - this can be accessed from University Drive and it will be clearly signposted.

Are there any age restrictions?

All ages are welcome at Uptown Festival. 

Are tickets still available? 

Yes, general admission is £43 for adults, £16.80 for children and free for babies, with VIP tickets £60 (family and group tickets also available).
