Hear the people sing in Norwich once more as Les Misérables is returning to the city in 2025.
Cameron Mackintosh and Music Theatre International (MTI) have announced a new UK-wide amateur theatre project.
'Let the People Sing' will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Boublil and Schönberg’s hit musical, which has been running on the West End since 1985.

From March to August 2025, there will be 11 community-wide productions taking place across the country.
The Norfolk and Norwich Operatic Society (NNOS) has been chosen as a lead producer and it will work with Threshold Theatre Company, Sound Ideas Theatre Company and Echo Youth Theatre.
This will run at Norwich Theatre Royal from July 2 to 6 2025, with open auditions to be held in February 2025.
The West End production of Les Misérables came to the Norfolk venue on tour in 2022.

A spokesperson for NNOS said: "We feel extremely privileged to be taking part in this nationwide project.
"This comes at an exciting time for us as we continue to prepare for our spectacular centenary production, Singin’ in the Rain, which takes place at Norwich Theatre Royal from January 28 to February 1 2025."
