A city centre pub is looking to install an outdoor bar as part of plans to revamp the site.
The Lamb Inn could soon have a new look as The Stonegate Pub Group, who manage the site, have applied to make changes to the building.
Not only will the grade II-listed pub be gaining a new outdoor bar as part of the work but also an upgrade to its signage, with several light-up signs installed around the site.
A spokesperson for Stonegate said: "Due to the popularity of The Lamb Inn's renowned outdoor space in the heart of Norwich, we are upgrading the area.
"It will soon feature a new external bar, making it the perfect spot for locals to enjoy the sunshine.

"Known for having the best courtyard in the city, The Lamb Inn offers a welcoming environment for guests.
"We can’t wait to welcome more people to experience the new and improved outdoor space."
The lower half of the building will be painted dark grey as part of the work, which will also see the interior of the pub transformed during the work.
Norwich City Council is set to reach a decision by July 31.
