There is a police cordon in place in a city centre park this morning.
The tape is surrounding a section of the path in Chapelfield Gardens with two officers at the scene.
An officer at the scene confirmed their presence was due to an incident which happened overnight but its nature remains unknown.
Norfolk Constabulary has been contacted for comment.
