Drivers were facing delays following a two-car crash on the A140 in Norwich.
Colman Road was partially blocked with slow traffic in both directions following the collision near The Avenues.
Police were called at 9.30am to the crash in which one car crashed into a lamppost.
An ambulance, ambulance officer vehicle and the critical care paramedic in response car were sent to the scene.
A woman who sustained a minor head injury was assessed at the scene.
