An instructor stands on the dock board while participants follow their directions from their paddleboards connected to the outside of the dock.

On Wednesday, the team revealed the theft of the yoga dock board and has offered a £100 reward for its return or information about the person who stole it.

A spokesman for the business said: "This is the third time this has happened now.

"Sadly we were broken into last night and our yoga dock board has been stolen.

"It's extremely unique and pretty much useless unless being used for our yoga and pilates days.

"It's massive so if you see it on the river - or if people who live around the Gibraltar Gardens can check their doorbell cameras - please let us know."
