A new gym and fitness club may be coming to a modern business park near Norwich.
Plans have been lodged to convert unit three at Elm Farm, Wymondham, into Summit Training Club, taking advantage of its 1,464 sqft floor space and four outdoor car parking spaces.
The applicant, Harriet Drewry, is a personal trainer at Heavy Metal Fitness, also in Wymondham, and has previously worked at Phoenix Gym in Norwich.
Should the application be approved, Summit will have two full-time employees, Harriet and Patrick Matthews.

Elm Farm Business Park is a recently completed development of 11 warehouses in Norwich Common.
Each unit has an office, kitchen and toilet, ranging in size from 1,464 to 2,282 sqft.
With the Elm Farm units already in place, Ms Drewery has requested permission to use unit three for indoor sport, recreation or fitness.
The council intends to make a decision by August 19.
