Further plans have emerged for a massive builders' merchant on one of Norwich's biggest business parks.
More than a year after plans were first submitted to Broadland District Council, Travis Perkins has revealed designs for its newest centre, which will be at Broadland Gate Trade Park in Postwick.
The builders' merchant is set to join chains including McDonald's, Lidl and Screwfix in the area.
Detailed plans for the site have emerged as part of an application for signage for plot six, which has taken up the entirety of the land between the neighbouring row of businesses and the Gridserve Electric Forecourt off Maple Way.
The branding proposed is in keeping with the standard Travis Perkins signage for stores all around the UK.

The site is around 74,200sqft and will include a Benchmarx showroom, which specialises in kitchen ranges, as well as 26 car parking spaces for customers and staff with an additional 10 spaces for light goods and public carrier vehicles.
The newest Norwich branch will employ a team of 13 people made up of sales, drivers and warehouse staff.
An opening date is yet to be advertised but Broadland District Council aims to decide on the application by August 5.
