A staff member felt the heat at one of Norwich's most popular restaurants as he accidentally set his hair alight.
A video has emerged of a waiter at Yard in Pottergate accidentally setting his locks alight during a quiet moment at the restaurant on Sunday evening.
In the video, the Firestarter - who wishes to remain anonymous - holds a long-reach gas lighter in front of his face while chatting to a colleague behind the bar.
The flame licks against his fringe before the fire catches his hair and spreads.
Luckily, his quick reactions saw him pat the flames out and he smiled at his colleague through a haze of smoke.

The team at Yard posted the video on Instagram, jokingly saying: "All of our staff are given clear instructions and information, as well as adequate training and supervision in regards to health and safety."
The video was accompanied by Alicia Keys hit Girl on Fire.
Thankfully, no waiting staff were harmed in the making of this video.
Yard will be joining The Weavers Arms and Brick Pizza for LoomFest, a new city foodie festival, from August 2 to August 4.
