Superheroes took over a Norfolk school in a Paralympic-themed sports day for kids with special educational needs.
Nine schools from around Norfolk and Suffolk sent their pupils to Costessey Primary School in Norwich for a day of sport and creativity.
The children were encouraged to dress up their favourite superheroes for the day.
James England, assistant head at Costessey Primary, spoke proudly of the inclusion-focused event.
He said: “We feel passionately that all children should be given the opportunity to participate in the full range of school experiences, including a fun and exciting sports day.”
The pupils flooded the school grounds, attending an opening ceremony followed by a morning of athletic events.
A well-deserved lunch was served before a medal presentation in the afternoon.
