A man who "exploited vulnerable people" with his anti-social behaviour has banned him from buildings across Norwich.
David Reed, 41, of no fixed address, appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Monday July 8, after previously pleading guilty to failing to comply with a Community Protection Notice (CPN).
He received a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) with conditions that state he must not enter any Orbit, Broadland or Norwich City Council properties within Norwich for three years.

In addition to the CBO, Reed was also ordered to pay a £50 fine for breaching his CPN.
Sgt Ali Tassie, from the Operational Partnership Team in Norwich, said: “David Reed has exploited some of our most vulnerable people in our city.
"He’s caused misery to those he targets and to the residents that are affected by his anti-social behaviour.
"We are committed to taking action against those that choose to cause harm in our communities and hope this CBO discourages further offences.”
