Norwich City has announced that a number of Canaries fans are due a refund following a technical error.
Supporters who purchased a Canaries TV pass to watch the live stream for the club's fixture with Club Brugge will receive refunds after the start of the stream was delayed due to an issue with the provider.
City lost 3-0 in the pre-season friendly which took place on Wednesday evening in Roeselare.
If supporters purchased an individual match pass they will be refunded the full £5 cost of the pass.
Those who bought a pre-season bundle will be refunded £3.75, the equivalent value of one game within the bundle.
A spokesman for Norwich City said: "The club would like to apologise on behalf of the provider to supporters affected by the issue.
"The club has also asked our provider to investigate the issue further and ensure future streams are not similarly affected."
Fans will not need to request a refund as they will be processed automatically in the coming days.
Those who have not received the refund by July 26 are asked to contact the customer service team.
